Any Job Listing Into
Zorviai in Seconds
URL, PDF, or paste โ three ways to import any job posting. AI reads the listing and fills in every field automatically.
Before you can do anything, the job has to be in your pipeline
Scoring a job, tailoring your resume, generating a cover letter โ all of it starts with the listing being in Zorviai. Copying and pasting every field manually wastes time and introduces errors. And job listings come from everywhere: job board URLs, emailed PDFs, recruiter messages, internal postings with no public link.
Zorviai gives you three ways to get a job in. Pick whichever one works for where the listing came from.
Three ways to import. Zero manual typing.
Paste a link
Paste any job listing URL and click Fetch. Zorviai fetches the page and uses AI to extract and fill every field โ title, company, location, salary, job type, source, apply URL, and full description.
Upload the file
Have the job posting as a PDF? Upload it and click Parse PDF. The AI reads the document and populates the form. The original PDF is automatically attached to the job record when you save.
Copy and paste
Paste the full job description from anywhere โ a job board, a recruiter email, an internal posting โ and click Parse. Works with any text source, including sites that block automated access.
Fetch from URL
The fastest path when you have a public link. Paste the URL, click Fetch, and Zorviai does the rest.
One click to import
Zorviai fetches the listing and uses AI to extract title, company, location, salary range, job type, source, apply URL, deadline, and the full job description โ all at once.
Honest about blocking
Indeed, LinkedIn, and some major job boards block automated access. When URL fetching can't get through, Zorviai tells you clearly and points you to the PDF or paste options instead.
Upload a PDF
Job postings often end up as PDFs โ saved before a listing expired, attached to a recruiter email, or downloaded from a company portal. Zorviai reads them directly.
AI parses the document
Upload any job posting PDF and click Parse PDF. The AI extracts all the key details and populates the form โ no manual transcription.
PDF attached automatically
The original PDF isn't just parsed and discarded. It's attached to the job record when you click Create job โ so the source document is always there when you need it.
Paste job description text
No URL, no PDF โ just the text. This option handles the listings that don't fit anywhere else.
Recruiter messages
Job descriptions sent directly by recruiters via email or LinkedIn message have no public URL. Copy the text, paste it in, and import as normal.
Internal or private listings
Internal company job boards, employee referral listings, and private postings are all fair game. If you can read it, you can paste it.
Blocked job boards
Indeed and LinkedIn block automated fetching. Paste their listings directly and bypass the block entirely.
Any other source
Craigslist, company career pages, aggregators, niche boards โ if you can select the text, you can import the job.
How it works
Click Add Job
The Quick Import panel is at the top of the Add Job page. Choose whichever method works for your listing.
Import the listing
Paste a URL and click Fetch, upload a PDF and click Parse PDF, or paste text and click Parse. The AI reads the content and fills the form.
Review and adjust
Every auto-filled field is editable. Check that the details look right and make any corrections before saving.
Click Create job
The job is added to your dashboard. From there, calculate your match, generate a resume, write a cover letter โ or just track it through the process.
