Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zorviai website and related services (the “Service”), operated by Zorviai (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Zorviai provides tools to help you manage a job search — for example tracking applications, storing resumes and documents, and optional AI-assisted features such as job parsing, match scoring, resume refinement, and related content generation. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service with or without notice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or abuse risk.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (for example resumes, job descriptions, notes, and profile information) (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service for you, including sending portions of Your Content to third-party providers when you use AI features (see Section 5).
You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate law or others’ rights. Do not upload content you are not allowed to share.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including excessive automated requests beyond intended product use).
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a way that harms others or the Service.
- Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
5. Artificial intelligence features
Some features use third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to analyze or generate text based on content you provide. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any generated content (including resumes, cover letters, and recommendations) before relying on it or sending it to employers.
We do not guarantee interview outcomes, job offers, or that AI suggestions will pass any particular applicant tracking system.
6. Sign-in with third parties
If you choose to sign in or connect an account through a third party (for example Google), you authorize us to receive limited identity information from that provider (such as a verified email and stable account identifier) as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of that third party is also subject to its own terms.
7. Subscriptions, trials, and payments
Some features may require a subscription, trial limits, or use of your own API keys. Pricing, billing intervals, and entitlements are described in the product at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party processors (for example Stripe); their terms apply to payment processing. Except where required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once charged.
8. Intellectual property
The Service — including software, design, branding, and documentation — is owned by Zorviai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you. You may not use our name or logos without permission, except as needed to identify that you use Zorviai in a factual way.
9. Third-party services and links
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party sites and services (job boards, email providers, payment processors, AI APIs). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZORVIAI AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Zorviai and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zorviai primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise.
